2027 Audi RS5

New generation Audi RS5 rocks a menacing new look, and more power from its plug-in powertrain. Available in both hatchback and wagon body styles, this is first time the RS5 has used a plug-in hybrid powertrain. The 2.9L twin turbocharged V6 engine is now coupled with an electric motor generating up to 630 hp combined output. Not all of the uplift in power ius due to the e-motor, with Audi tweaking the V6 to deliver 59 more horsepower than the previous generation. Audi have also released a new version of their Quattro all-wheel-drive system, featuring a new centre diff that can send up to 85 percent of torque rearward. Not only that, but a new rear transaxle brings electromechanical torque vectoring to the table.
